I met the founder of ELITS when I worked as a recruiter. We had a couple of customer meetings, and after a while, I realized that it was a company with the right direction, the right values and an exciting future ahead. When I was asked if I could recruit a sales rep. to ELITS, I responded by raising my hand and saying:
"-I'm interested in the position!" Now I have been employed for almost ten years and have seen, and helped the company to grow from a handful of people to an international company with over 100 employees.
What do you work with at ELITS?
I work as a Consultant Sales Rep. I market our consultants, our competencies, and services to mainly new customers. Previous positions outside ELITS? I have 20 years of experience in IT sales. Hardware, hardware and related services and IT services have been my previous tasks. I have also worked with IT recruitment and staffing. All of these previous experiences I benefit greatly from my job today at ELITS.
What does a day at work look like for you?
No day is similar to the previous day at ELITS. Challenges, problem-solving, creative solutions for winning business are the closest to an "everyday" one can come. Being "on the toes and fast-paced" when it comes to dealing with business intelligence, both technically and commercially requires focussing on the job. There are always new things happening internally, with our customers and our customers' customers. "Just being updated of our customer is not enough nowadays.
What advice would you give to a potential colleague?
If you want to work with cutting-edge technology, develop and renew, ELITS is a prefect workplace. Whether you work as a consultant or have a support or operational function, you will come to a company that cares about the employee, the customers and all who are in some way in a relation to the company. ELITS stands for Enterprise Local IT Support. We work with large systems, customers, and their challenges. We are located close/at the customer to support their IT.
