ELITS is seeking a highly skilled AI Strategy Lead to lead a transformative initiative to assess its current capabilities and develop a comprehensive AI strategy. This role is ideal for an experienced professional with expertise in AI, data governance, and organizational transformation.

As the AI Strategy Lead, you will conduct an in-depth assessment of business’s current capabilities, propose a future-focused AI strategy, and deliver actionable recommendations to ensure successful adoption of AI technologies while adhering to privacy, regulatory, and ethical standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate organizations maturity against best practices in AI and data governance.

• Assess:

• Responsibilities and constraints as an organization.
• Regulatory environment, particularly regarding data privacy protections.
• Current AI literacy level and data governance practices.
• Data and analytics capabilities to support an AI strategy.
• Technical infrastructure readiness for AI adoption.

• Deliver a detailed written report summarizing findings from the assessment, including actionable steps for implementation.

AI Strategy Development:

• Collaborate with business leadership to define an AI vision that aligns with organizational goals and identifies key use cases.

• Propose recommendations for:

• Governance structures tailored to business’s size and operational environment.
• A target operating model, including roles, business processes, and functions for supporting AI initiatives.
• Technology infrastructure requirements based on business’s roadmap and needs.
• Enhancements to analytical infrastructure and data governance processes to support AI adoption.
• Strategies for improving AI literacy across the organization.

• Provide high-level cost estimates for implementing the proposed strategy, focusing on additional resources or items required.

Stakeholder Engagement:

• Engage with business employees (especially customer-facing staff) to gather insights on potential use cases through inclusive and creative feedback mechanisms.

• Ensure all recommendations align with privacy regulations, ethical considerations, and risk mitigation strategies specific to organizational operations.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in developing AI strategies for organizations or large enterprises.

• Strong understanding of data governance, regulatory compliance (including privacy laws), and ethical considerations in AI adoption.

• Expertise in assessing organizational capabilities related to technology, analytics, and operational processes.

• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders effectively.

• Experience in creating cost estimates and risk mitigation strategies for large-scale technology initiatives.
