Our employees are the entire foundation of our business - our ability to attract, develop and retain the right talent is crucial for our future development. Because of this, the recruitment process is essential for ELITS, and the first step into the ELITS world.
You become a part of ELITS recruitment process as soon as you have shown interest in any of our positions.
Our recruitment processes vary by role. Everyone begins by submitting an online application. After this, our recruitment team will personally guide you through the next steps on your hiring path. Most paths have four steps.
Throughout the process we will do everything we can to keep you informed. And never hesitate to ask us if you have any question, whatsoever, about the process.
Once you select a role and complete our online application process, you will receive an instant confirmation email. Our recruitment team personally responds to every new applicant to advise them of their path forward.
If your resume matches the requirements of the position we will contact you to set up a first interview.
This is a personal kind of interview and those who are chosen in the first selection are contacted for the purpose of the first dialogue. This dialogue is normally conducted over the phone/video conference and this is the first step to get to know each other.
How can you ace your interview? Be yourself! We want to hear about your accomplishments, interesting projects end experience. Your interview is a two-way conversation – don’t forget to ask your interviewers questions, too!
If you proceed and want to proceed in the process, we will meet for a personal interview face-to-face. During the personal interview we want to get to know each other even more. Hopefully your curiosity and questions about ELITS have increased; and we will do everything we can to meet and hopefully exceed them. We are at the same time curious to know more about who you are and how you and your values can strengthen ELITS.
All positions require you to undergo a complete background check. This is done due to both customer requirements and requirements from ELITS.
During this step we will also contact the references that you have provided.

Some positions will require you to complete a skills assessment. Skills assessments help us understand your potential and strengths.
This step applies to you who are in the process to be hired as a consultant. When you have passed all the other steps you will be presented to our customer. We will send your presentation to the customer who will decide if they want to invite you to a Candidate – Customer meeting. After the meeting there will be a followup talk to decide if this is the right match for you.

If everybody involved (you, ELITS and the customer) would like to continue we will start the employment process. If not we will do our best to find a better match.
The employment process is normally conducted face-to-face by the Line Manager and yourself. ELITS HR also participate in this stage.
